I am delighted to be working together with Carol Harmston Dean who is a Mental Health consultant and MD of one of the largest counselling companies in the UK.
JHD Counselling Services is one of the UK’s quickest and most responsive national counselling service and trainer providers.
Carol will be working with me offering tips and advice on how to be mentally fit and healthy, in conjunction with FunkedUp Fitness classes.
We will be providing workshops and more in the future.

I am honoured to be working with Nigel Hudson from Inspire Taekwondo.
With over 40 years of experience, Nigel Hudson, who is an 8th degree black belt, is an Internationally qualified, referee, instructor and black belt examiner, in British Taekwondo, European Taekwondo Union and World Taekwondo will be working with me to bring ladies ONLY self defence classes.

The fabulous Rebecca Walsh from Walshes Wellbeing offers a wide range of treatments including: sports massage, deep tissue, relax and unwind facials, cupping therapy, plus baby and pregnancy massage.
As a Mum, Wife and business owner, Rebecca understands what it was like to not be able to afford treatments that can often been considered a luxury. Her aim is to provide a variety of treatments at affordable prices.
